JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Libraries Information Technologies Department is seeking part-time student team members to assist us with End-User Computing support.
Duties include:
troubleshooting Windows, Mac and printer issues.
Assigning tickets in our helpdesk.
Preparing and updating devices for deployment.
Assisting patrons with our Virtual Reality and One Button Studio services.
Applicants should demonstrate familiarity with computing equipment, accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
Starting pay begins at $11.
00 per hour, hours vary and applicants must be willing to work 10-15 hours per week, scheduled between 9:
00 am and 8:
00 pm.
