(PMI) is seeking another member to join our trusted team as a full-time Multi-Site Assistant Community Director for our Conventional and Student Housing portfolio in the State College, PA area.
The ideal candidate for this position will have prior residential apartment management experience.
A PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
We will pay for you to get one! PMI is an employee owned company.

Role and
Responsibilities:
Showing Apartments/Townhouses/Single Family Homes Rent collection.
Process Applicants.
Customer service.
Property Inspections.
Strong eye for detail.
Marketing.
Review and prepare monthly reporting.
Assist other team members as needed.
Review invoices for accuracy and process timely.
Previous experience with YARDI is helpful.
Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma/GED.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
