Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
Customer service.
Work with vendors, contractors, managers and senior management to maintain facilities.
Rotating on-call duties.
RequirementsPrevious maintenance, construction, or handyman repair experience preferredHVAC and plumbing experience is helpfulBe able to work as part of a team and independentlyHigh School Diploma/GED.
