Seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our design-build projects from conception to completion.

Description
- Manage all phases of the design-build construction process, including pre-construction, design development, construction, and close-out.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to support project requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Effectively communicate with project team members to provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate problem-solving.
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial summaries, progress updates, and risk assessments, to company management and clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to contract terms, specifications, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and professional growth among project team members.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on design-build projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.
g.
, Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project). - Familiarity with LEED and sustainable construction practices is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are desirable but not required.
