Develop, review, and update individualized interdisciplinary care plans. Administer medications as prescribed by the physician following policies and procedures. Safely use specialized clinical equipment and implement nursing care procedures. Effectively communicate to assure continuity of care and efficiency in work responsibilities. Accurately document using Point Click Care electronic health records system. Ability to professionally and politely interact with fellow Foxdale Team members, residents, and residents' family members This position offers:
