Develop, review, and update individualized interdisciplinary care plans. Administer medications as prescribed by the physician following policies and procedures. Safely use specialized clinical equipment and implement nursing care procedures. Effectively communicate to assure continuity of care and efficiency in work responsibilities. Accurately document using Point Click Care electronic health records system. Ability to professionally and politely interact with fellow Foxdale Team members, residents, and residents' family members This position offers:
Competitive Rate of Pay within a team oriented work environment Shift Differentials Time and half pay for holidays, which include New Year's Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Pennsylvania as a Practical Nurse (LPN). Possess or have the ability to obtain a valid CPR card.
