Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; 7
years of experience out of chemicals, foods, pharmaceuticals, resins, adhesives, etc.
Candidates must have experience doing complete design through installation of projects (equipment projects) of at least $500,000.
Pluses include:
experience working in PSM-regulated plants and/or experience with facility projects such as buildings and grounds.
Personality will be a key for interviewing well with this company; they are looking for someone with a high level of motivation and drive.

Job Description:
This company is a Fortune 500 company that produces specialty chemicals for internal and external customers around the World.
This particular plant employs about 125 people and is very clean and has a sterling safety record.
This person will be one of two project engineers on-site and this person will be responsible for complete design through installation or projects which include reactor upgrades, ventilation upgrades, electrical system upgrades, warehouse projects, etc.
These projects will range in budget anywhere from $100,000 to $20MM.
There are process engineers on-site that will assist on these projects - this person will be mostly responsible for sizing/specing equipment, interfacing with outside vendors, overseeing construction and participating in commissioning and start-up.
This plant is situated in an area that has a low cost-of-living index and which also has excellent schools.
A lot of money is being poured into this plant and this company offer advancement opportunities along technical or management tracks.
