The successful candidate should have 2-3 years of progressive HR experience ideally from a manufacturing environment and will concentrate on employee relations, performance management, succession planning, talent management, staffing etc. Bachelor's degree required. Master's Degree in HR or Labor Relations preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
