Claims Manager

o Answer Calls
o Fill out Digital Claim sheet
o Create job in PSA
o Notify marketing auditor if a new source (referral, agent, etc.
) needs to be created in PSA
o TRAIN new Team Coordinators on how to record claims
o Clean up drop box
o Review EFAX Daily and email to TCs if applicable and follow up with LOG NOTE
o Fax, copy and scan documents as needed
o Sign for deliveries
o Update and send out Phone list monthly
o Responsible for Credit card payments
o Take credit card payments for PG, Lancaster and Erie
o Follow prompts on credit card machine to process payment
o Collect transaction receipts in customer file
o Greet and take care of walk-in customers
o Order office supplies - manage stock
o Plan company parties and events as needed, coordinated with Operations Manager
o Responsible for ordering toner/supplies for Accounting office/PM office
o Get and distribute mail
25k-35k based on experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
